Junior Golfers need to be able to strengthen their forearms, wrist, and core to be successful in achieving their maximum potential.

I prescribe swinging a lead bar or weighted club approximately 50 times a day. This will ensure that your forearms and wrist get the proper rotation and wrist set in the golf swing.

The second drill for your core is to take a weighted ball or a bag of towels and set yourself on one knee and create arm swings both back swing and forward swing. This is done approximately 25 time in each direction and then switch knees.

The third drill is done laying down with your knees bent & rotating them from side to side
